Is it safe to use indoors?
Yes, when used as directed. Our fireplaces burn clean bioethanol fuel, producing a real flame without smoke, ash, or soot. Always use in a well-ventilated room and follow the enclosed safety instructions.
Will it heat the room, or is it purely decorative?
Pure Flame fireplaces are designed primarily for ambience and visual warmth. They do produce some radiant heat, but they're not intended to replace your main heating system — think of it as a striking, functional centrepiece rather than a whole-room heater.
Does it produce smoke or leave a smell in the room?
No. Bioethanol combustion is clean-burning, so there's no smoke, no soot, and no lingering odour — just a genuine, visible flame.
